El Paso

On a lovely Friday, Maraysa told me that El Paso on W. Houston had caught her eye and she’s been meaning to try it. I agreed as anything paying homage to El Paso, it should be delicious.

Dos Caminos (Guacamole reviews)

After a long work-week and an evening braving the stab-inducing madness that is shopping in SoHo, I was ready for a quiet evening with some guac and good conversation. Fellow West Coast guac enthusiast Annie and I headed to the popular Dos Caminos on Houston Street.

Bar 89

Last night, I met up with Bradley again, to discuss the future of Nacho Art and other big business ideas. (We have some great ones in our back pocket). We met at Bar 89 because Time Out NY said it was top 5 in NYC. We had some nachos in common, so I trusted them.

South Houston

On our first review of 2011, I wanted to find a restaurant that would start our year off with a BANG. I chose South Houston in Soho because from the menu the Chos sounded good and I happened to be in the area checking out Tammany Hall (awesome new venue that you’ll know about soon).
