When we hear something awesome is happening in town, we like to attend. This time, we got to hear about it directly from Nick Suarez of the Food Experiments and former Guactacular combatant this weekend’s Brooklyn Taco Experiment. It’s going to be a lot of fun, here’s how he describes it.

Some of you fools probably think Nachos are some fake Mexican food item that someone cooked up at the ball park with chili cheese sauce when they ran out of hot dogs. Surprise, surprise. It is legit Mexican food, at least at its origin.

Young and Hungry is a sweet blog that is simply hungry for food, music and a lot more. Begat from a indie record label, they’re close with a lot of the music world getting them some awesome interviews with bands about food.

Last night NachosNY threw together a lovely fiesta celebrating El Grito de Dolores and Mexico’s Independence. Held at the our favorite venue, The Bell House, the party was a success thanks to all the participants, sponsors, and of course nacho lovers.

Ok. This is last notice. This is the weekend of Siren Fest. BUT we’re having a party. It’s a combo Rachel’s B-day and we miss you guys party. So come.

This past Friday we had an exclusive nacho cooking adventure with Cathy of Not Eating out in New York. At her friend’s ridiculously awesome rooftop, we slammed together nachos for a crowd of picky hipsters.
