There’s nothing more satisfying than completely canceling out a good cardio session with an amazing plate of nachos. If these sucked I would be fuming about the wasted caloric intake. Seriously though, Coppelia’s nachos were the best I’ve had in a long time dare I say this entire year.

Kimchi Taco Truck

I JUMP at the opportunity to cut into a work day with an order of nachos. It’s fairly difficult given the lack of Mexican food to my office, but on Tuesday, I triumphed over defeat when a coworker told me we were going to the Kimchi Taco Truck parked on Tuesdays at 24th & Broadway.

Bar 89

Last night, I met up with Bradley again, to discuss the future of Nacho Art and other big business ideas. (We have some great ones in our back pocket). We met at Bar 89 because Time Out NY said it was top 5 in NYC. We had some nachos in common, so I trusted them.
