There’s nothing more satisfying than completely canceling out a good cardio session with an amazing plate of nachos. If these sucked I would be fuming about the wasted caloric intake. Seriously though, Coppelia’s nachos were the best I’ve had in a long time dare I say this entire year.

I JUMP at the opportunity to cut into a work day with an order of nachos. It’s fairly difficult given the lack of Mexican food to my office, but on Tuesday, I triumphed over defeat when a coworker told me we were going to the Kimchi Taco Truck parked on Tuesdays at 24th & Broadway.

It was Thursday night and I was meeting Doree Shafrir for nachos. We met a week earlier at SXSW and I promised her we’d have nachos. At the request of El Rio Grande, I chose to take her there.

Oh February 28th. One of the greatest days of my life. And nachos from Calico Jack’s Cantina almost ruined it.

Last night, work was coming to a close and I had a hankering for nachos. I didn’t want to go far and remembered Salsa Y Salsa was just around the way on 7th Ave.

Last night, I met up with Bradley again, to discuss the future of Nacho Art and other big business ideas. (We have some great ones in our back pocket). We met at Bar 89 because Time Out NY said it was top 5 in NYC. We had some nachos in common, so I trusted them.
