On a lovely Friday, Maraysa told me that El Paso on W. Houston had caught her eye and she’s been meaning to try it. I agreed as anything paying homage to El Paso, it should be delicious.

There’s nothing more satisfying than completely canceling out a good cardio session with an amazing plate of nachos. If these sucked I would be fuming about the wasted caloric intake. Seriously though, Coppelia’s nachos were the best I’ve had in a long time dare I say this entire year.

Kimchi Taco Truck

I JUMP at the opportunity to cut into a work day with an order of nachos. It’s fairly difficult given the lack of Mexican food to my office, but on Tuesday, I triumphed over defeat when a coworker told me we were going to the Kimchi Taco Truck parked on Tuesdays at 24th & Broadway.
