Nachos NY began as a thought.  Or even before that, when Lee was given a yellow shirt that simply stated, “I <3 Nachos.” (He used to talk about Nachos non-stop. That hasn’t ended.) In the summer of 08, Lee started talking about how he wanted to start a new blog. After a lot of soul searching and thinking time alone, he realized he could share his wealth of knowledge about nachos. And so it began. Just one month later, it just so happened that Rachel moved in with Lee and his roommates. She had no choice but to join the cause.

Since then this site has over 70 reviews, a growing assortment of recipes and a whole lot more. Look for us to make nachos the food you crave every morning and afternoon.
