About Nachos NY

In 2006, Lee was given a yellow shirt that simply stated, “I <3 Nachos.” (He used to talk about Nachos non-stop. That hasn’t ended.) By the summer of 08, Lee started talking about how he wanted to start a new blog and he realized he could share his love and wealth of knowledge about nachos. And so it began. One month later, it just so happened that Rachel moved in with Lee and his roommates. She had no choice but to join the cause. Then Jon jumped on board and we’re now a nacho family.

Nachos NY has eaten over 90 nachos in NYC alone, a growing assortment of recipes and a whole lot more. If it’s nachos, it’s here. Look for us to make nachos the food you crave every morning and afternoon.

Thrillist Logo on Nachos NY“…this NY-based blog not only reviews and GMaps nacho-raunts (Tequilaville, Uncle Moe’s Burrito and Taco Shop, etc), but also organizes nacho bar crawls, sells “I Nacho NY” tees, and even curates songs about nachos”

Metromix on Nachos NY“Proof of everyone’s guac pride? People aboard sported shirts emblazoned with “Nacho Nacho Man” and “I (nacho) NY.””

Not Eating Out In NY“The result: ten contestants or teams of cooks, several gallons of free guac, and a line that wound around the once-spacious venue.”

Heeb on Nachos NYLee Frank’s NachosNY which rates New York City’s best (and worst) nachos, has made him the patron saint of those hung-over mornings when you’re looking for a greasy, cheesy cure for your pounding head.”
