You’ve seen him here before, but the king of Guacamole, Richard Sloven decided to write a poem about his love for nachos. Just wait until he shares his nacho recipe with us.

You drip of cheesy goodness
But crunch like autumn leaves.
Your layers are nearly boundless
With black or pinto beans.

I’d eat you in a dirty taqueria
I’d eat you at the ballpark
I’d eat you with friends
I’d eat you all alone

In bed

O, Nacho
If you would just let me tango
If you could be my teenage dream
I’d top you with a sliced jalapeno
And dollop you with all my sour cream!
