Guess how many pounds of nachos it takes to break a record? Well Ninety-Nine figured it out as they used a custom-table and had ingredients donated to make 3,999 pounds of nachos for the new Guinness World Record over the weekend. We were so full from reading the article that it’s taken us a few days to post about it.

1,000 pounds of nacho chips
920 pounds Monterey Jack & cheddar
460 pounds southwest cheese sauce
460 pounds of salsa
460 pounds chili
184 pounds jalapeno peppers
92 pounds diced red onion
418 pounds sour cream
5 pounds chopped cilantro
