Philly Cheesesteak Nachos (recipes)

You probably saw Rachel’s recipe for Buffalo Chicken Nachos, which were amazing, and saw that I made Philly Cheesesteak Nachos. And after you imagined and drooled a bit, you wondered, how can make them?
Well, it was easy. So easy. And since the Flyers have won the series, I feel very comfortable sharing my secret recipe with you.
Philly Cheesesteak Nachos
Serves approximately 4
Bag of Tortilla Chips
1/2 pound of thinly sliced beef
1/2 red onion
1/2 red or green pepper
1 tomato
1 pound of cheddar
Dice onion and peppers and put in pan with a bit of vegetable oil with stove on high.
Cut beef into bite-size portions
After cooking for a few minutes, add beef.
Cook beef until brown.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Layer chips with beef, onions, peppers, diced tomatoes, cheese.
Bake for 8 minutes or until cheese has melted.
Smile as you have made lovely nachos.
