We’ve made some great salsas already with super simple recipes. Now we need something to eat them with.
Making tortilla chips is easier than saying tenochtitlan. Don’t even try to say it. Just make the chips.
1 corn tortilla
1 ounce of canola oil
saltHeat up oil at a medium temperature until a tortilla floats and bubbles. Test with a small piece of tortilla. Cut circle tortillas into a size you want and add triangles to the oil. When one side becomes golden-brown, flip. Take out of the oil and place on paper towel to blot oil. Add salt. Enjoy.
