Today marks our foray in to video recipes! I got together with Marcia, who you might remember taking home some heavy metal at the Guactacular. Since impressing the judges, she’s been starting a business of condiments as @kitchen125. We’re going to be doing these recipe videos and other awesome videos in the future. This first recipe is a Mango Salsa that you could be eating in 10 minutes or less.

2 mangos
1 small red onion
1 small orange pepper
1 jalapeno
1 oz. rice vinegar
1 lime
several pinches of salt

Dice mango, and orange bell pepper about the same size. Dice the red onion very fine, you don’t want too much onion in each bite. Then very finely dice the jalapeno and use as much or as little as you want. Add them to a large bowl, pour a bit of rice vinegar over top. Squeeze the lime vigorously and add salt to taste. Stir again and devour.
