Marcia Bunda, our People’s Champion at Guactacular brought the fire at Guac Rock. She recreated her Cumin At Ya Guacamole and introduced us to a new classic. She cut it down to a party size, not boat size.

3 ears of corn
5 avocados
1 sweet onions
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 cup minced jalapenos

Cook corn any way you wish (boil, microwave).
Let cool, cut off of the cob.
Dice sweet onion.
Mix, add white wine vinegar, let sit overnight.
Stir in diced avocados and minced jalapenos. Enjoy!
