It has come to my attention that I have failed to introduce the newest member to our NachosNY team. Instead, I have just talked smack and put the intern in his place. While I wait for him to fetch my coffee (how many times must we go over this. MILK, not cream), let’s say hello to Dan Piccoli who has enrolled in the NachosNY apprenticeship program.

Dan has recently moved into the Nacho Collective’s eastern location.  He has eaten nachos with us before and has expressed an interest in honing his nacho talents. See Dan’s hand.

There’s more to Dan than just being a hand model. He also is a musician who will be lending his talents to Nacho Radio and recording some sweet beats in the nachos studios. Dan also likes to eat. See Dan eat.
