As it has become a Wednesday ritual, I made plans to meet Rachel, roommate, and Sara, friend, to devour nachos. After said nachos, Sara must run off to class at NYU, so we’ve been focusing in the NYU/Lower Manhattan region. From a search on yelp, I noticed a place with well reputed nachos, very well, actually. We decided this would be the perfect choice.

I ordered chicken on top, by accident, Sara requested chili, but my mouth moved wrong. Oopsy. Oh well. So the nachos were to come out with black beans, cheese, chicken, jalapenos. On the side, a big bowl of hearty, homemade guacamole and fresh pico de gallo.

Look at that fancy plate

Here’s Rachel. She loves to eat some nachos.

They look good. They taste good. They are good. These mark the best nachos that we’ve encountered on this trip. But I’ve had better nachos in my life. So we must continue as we will continue to find places that improve upon this delicious formula.
